Privacy policy

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address, subject, and message — used only to read and reply to your enquiry.
• Free coloring page form: your email address — used to send you the printable page you asked for.
• Newsletter: your email address, only if you tick the consent box and then click the confirmation link we email you. We record the consent text, the date you gave it, and the date you confirmed.

What we never do

• We never sell, rent, or share your details with advertisers.
• We never add you to the newsletter without your explicit consent and confirmation.
• We never ask for passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information by email.

How your data is stored and processed

• Submissions are stored in our website's secure database and delivered to our inbox at hallo@lumiacrest.com through our email delivery provider.
• Consent records (the text you agreed to and the dates) are kept so we can demonstrate that every newsletter recipient asked to hear from us.

Your choices

• Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link. One click removes you from the list.
• You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the details we hold about you — write to hallo@lumiacrest.com.
